TVOne, the nation’s fastest growning black-owned television channel, has just announced that it will be carried on DirecTV, the nation’s fastest-growing satellite channel. Trapped inside by the constant rain in Southern California, I watched a lot of TVOne this weekend, and I found the programming fresh and exiciting.
