The President/Dictator of Zimbabwe, John Mugabe, has made his dislike for the United States well-known. Recently, his government called newly-appointed Secretary of State Condi Rice “anti-black” and an apologist for “white sins.”
The Stateof.com: We oppose the dictatorial regime of President Mugabe and believe that democracy is the way out for Zimbabwe. While we sympathize with the anger that must come from watching foreigners (British) control your entire country, we think that his land reform programme went too far, too quickly. More importantly, however, Mugabe sees “no color line” when he prosecutes his battles. If you are not of his tribe, you are out of the loop. As for Condi, we do not believe she is “anti-black.” However, she seems to have an apologist streak in her line of thinking, which can be disturbing at times.
