Ken Mehlman Speaks at VSU, Howard

Republican National Chairman Ken Mehlman recently spoke at Virginia State University, and is scheduled to speak at Howard as part of a GOP outreach offensive.

TheStateOf: It seems like Republicans are very serious about recruiting more blacks to the GOP. Interesting.
