TheStateOf: As a man who seemingly prides himself on honor and accountability, President Bush once again demonstrated his enduring hypocrisy by shifting the ultimate responsibility for WMD from himself to the CIA. As Commander-in-Chief, the President of the United States is ultimately responsible for all war decisions, especially the decision to go to war in the first place. The President has “passed the buck” to the CIA, and, of course, the mainstream media has willingly acquiesced.
