Ok, Ayanna, Let’s talk about Bono and AIDS in Africa!
Bono, lead singer of the greatest rock band ever (in my humble opinion) is leading a campaign to help stop the spread of AIDS in Africa. A number of public service announcements have been filmed with A-list stars including Angelina Jolie, Jewel, and Mos Def. The twist about this campaign is that the announcements aren’t asking for money. They are asking for our voices to raise awareness of the problem.
