French Emporer Napoleon Bonaparte met his military end at Waterloo, a dank town south of Brussels, in modern-day Belgium. Napoleon, fabulously successful to that point, and always arrogant and self-conceited, had finally met his match. In New Orleans, President Bush has finally met his match. The emporer has no clothes.
