Cassidy:
The Philadelphia Enquirer reported today that rapper Cassidy will now stand trial for first degree murder for directing the murder of 22-year old Desmond Hawkins. In Pennsylvania, first-degree murder is defined as an intentional killing. All other homicides are grouped under third-degree murder.
