The highlight of last night’s Rose Bowl was the performance of Vince Young. If you haven’t heard by now, The Texas Longhorns snapped the University of Southern California Trojan’s 34 game win streak 41-38. We can’t help but feel for Justin’s alma mater, but the game last night was so great that it truly had no loser. (Feel better, J?) Both Leinert and Reggie Bush also had MVP games. But Young’s throwing and scrambling ability rose above the already high fray of this game. He threw for 267 yards and ran for 200. Young is the first player in college football to amass 5,773 yards and 44 touchdowns passing and 2,927 yards and 34 scores running. And he may stay for another year. Amazing!
