Study confirms what we all knew. Dr. Michael Lynn has published his findings in his report “Race Differences in Tipping: Questions and Answers for the Restaurant Industry.” His study has eight major findings:
Tips from Blacks are, on average, lower than those from Whites;
Black-White differences in restaurant tipping are not caused [...]
