But that’s not the funny part.
Howard Randolph, Vietnam vet and married for 13 years, was fast asleep in his Nicetown, NJ, home when he was awakened by a most dreadful feeling. His wife Monica had taken to ripping his genitals to shreds using only her well manicured nails. Howard was only able to get Monica to stop after repeatedly striking her. He then managed to make his way to a pay phone to call 911. His wife was taken into custody and doctors say he should make a full recovery.
Now how many of you young ladies said, “Mmm. I wonder what HE did?” or “Mmm. He must have cheated on her.” If you did, shame on you. You are partially right and all wrong. Monica only believed her husband cheated on her. She had been diagnosed as being bipolar years ago and she stopped taking her meds. Now here is what’s funny to me.
Reporters, of course, talked to some of the neighbors and they came upon two young women, Rochelle Odd, 21, and Dionne Martin, 18. Martin said rightly that Monica had to be crazy. Odd agreed and then added, “but I’m on her side. I don’t think no guy deserves to have his balls ripped off. But she’s got to be deep in love - that’s what would make a woman do this. If they was together all those years and he cheated on her, she wanted him to feel what she was feeling. There’s a lesson to be learned here: Don’t cheat on your woman.”
Yep. That’s the lesson to be learned: Don’t allow your bipolar wife who has a short fuse to think that you are having an imaginary affair on her. Why do women always jump to the conclusion that the man did something wrong? It’s not like we have ample evidence that both sexes cheat. Personally, my first thought after reading the first paragraph was that she had to be crazy. And it seems like her peer, Ms. Odd, felt the same way. But she is on her girlfriend’s side. I just hope Odd is not in the jury pool.
