Strike Kills 34 Children In Lebanon as Bush Shrugs His Shoulders

An Israeli air strike on the city of Qana killed over 50 people, nearly all of them women and children.

The United States has Iran nearly completely surrounded. With American-backed governments in Saudia Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt and Lebanon. Iran’s only allies of substance are Hezbollah and Syria. Iran’s president, who seems to be a half-crazed idiot, has fallen into a major trap. The American plan is to beat back Hezbollah first, then Syria, weakening Iran’s influence along Israel’s borders. Iran is the crown jewel. This will give America complete control over the entire Middle East. But do we have the resources to maintain such an effort? And will the world tolerate this plan?
