“A cartoon airing on MTV depicting black women being walked around on leashes as dogs has sparked the ire of many in the African American community. “Where My Dogs At?” a half-hour animated series that pokes fun at celebrities and pop culture through its stars, two stray dogs called Woofie and Buddy (voiced by comedian Tracy Morgan and Jeffrey Ross), had an episode where a look-a-like of rapper Snoop Dogg entered a pet shop with two bikini-clad black women on leashes. The women proceed to squat down on all fours, scratch themselves and defecate on the floor. At the end of the episode, the Snoop character puts on a rubber glove and picks up the excrement.”
“Enter Viacom the media giant that has changed the way the world looks at black America. From MTV, VH1, BET, PARAMOUNT PICTURES, CBS TELEVISION and CBS RADIO, Viacom has literally been defecating on black America … highlighting every low in black culture and systematically profiting while gathering in huge market shares nationwide. One recent episode of VH1’s The Flava of Love is the model of one of America’s largest broadcasters: Add MTV Films’ “It’s Hard Out There For A Pimp,” BET’s 2 new tasteless reality series featuring Lil Kim, DMX and Keysia Cole all feature themes of crime, sex and drugs. MTV2’s defecating animated series “Where My Dogs At” geared for the teens and tweens. And dont forget the constant deluge of tasteless videos that repeatedly show what is wrong with Hip hop culture. Viacom has turned black exploitation into a multi-billion dollar monopoly.”
