Every day in my office building, there is a long line of people patiently waiting for their daily fix of Starbucks. America is addicted to Starbucks. There is no doubt about that. I’m (J) not quite addicted, but I do enjoy Starbuck’s basic cup of coffee maybe twice a week.

Now comes the news that Saddam Hussein’s “conviction” will not be overturned by the “Iraqi appeals court,” thus paving the way for his hanging. American news outlets are debating whether the hanging should be public, or whether we should just show video of his dead body for he world to see. Hmmm.
