The University of Chicago released a study conducted for its Black Youth Project. The conducted a survey of about 1,600 youths of all races, with a focus on the attitudes of young African-Americans. The survey involved 635 African-Americans, 567 Whites, 314 Hispanics, and 74 other races. Some findings:
