Four Indicted in Murder of Morehouse Student

“When 23-year-old Carlnell James Walker walked into his dark Riverdale rental house late one Tuesday night last June, he was punched in the face.Then he was stabbed in the leg, hit in the head again with a hammer, stomped, and bound to a chair with a computer cord.

“His hair was cut off with a pocket knife and he was doused with a flammable liquid and threatened to be set afire, according to police.Six hours later, with Duct tape wrapped around his neck and mouth, Walker was locked into the trunk of a broken down, Oldsmobile in the garage of his 791 Glenshire Court home.
