A man needs to feel competent. That’s why your daddy was always working in the shed or always had projects in various stages of completion (or stagnation). Now I’m (rich) not saying that you should lie to a man about his efforts. If he did a piss poor job, he should be told that. That does not mean you have to rub it in. But give a man some credit when he does do something well. I’m not asking you do anything more than what you would like someone to do for you. Isn’t that what life and relationships are all about?
