As they say at the alma mater, “there’s always room for one more.” Two more to be exact. The League can handle up to ten people. To register for the league you can send an email to thestateof@mac.com and you will be forwarded the league login info.
When you look at the instructions, relax. It’s not as hard as it seems. The most time you’ll spend, depending on your interest level, is picking your draft picks. I chose the automated draft because I know most, if not all of us, have careers and families that take precedent and I doubt any of us are reading scouting and injury reports in the pre-season. The competition style is head to head. Whoever scores the most points, wins. Easy.
To paraphrase the words of legendary announcer John Ward before every University of Tennessee Football game, “IT’S FOOTBALL TIME AT THE STATE OF . . .!”
