Transgendered man claims he’s pregnant with a girl

“An American man who used to be a woman says he’s more than five-months pregnant with a girl.

Thomas Beatie, a transgendered man who lives in Oregon, tells his story in a first-person account published in The Advocate — a magazine for lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgendered people.

In the story, Beatie reveals that he is legally male and married to a woman named Nancy.

“Sterilization is not a requirement for sex reassignment, so I decided to have chest reconstruction and testosterone therapy but kept my reproductive rights,” he says in the article.

Beatie said he stopped taking his testosterone injections to get pregnant. He claims to have already gone through an ectopic pregnancy.”

    I think this child should be taken away from this person at birth because I think this person is doing this for publicity and not because she/he/it wants to be a parent.

    See Dina, I am not like that. I don’t catagorize what I believe as right-wing or left-wing. I consider myself among all things practical.

    Children have enough to deal with growing up and they don’t need other children ridiculing them because of their parents. That is why I am not really in favor of gays adopting children either.

    This is not a man having a baby…it is a woman screwing around with hormones, dress, behavior, etc. to seem manly, then flipping it back.
    With all these “advancements” (using the term loosely), we’re on the cusp of deciding what kind of country we’re going to be. The Democrats need to find a way to do all they are doing, but still acknowledge that this kind of thig is bullshit. (which they won’t - they’ll just support anyone’s “reproductive rights”)..or the republicans are going to take every American with an ounce of common sense on to their side.
