How To Solve Our Human Problems

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;” - Proverbs 3:5

We cannot solve our most pressing problems by thinking and thinking and thinking about them. We can only release them and be guided on by our own intuition. When negative thoughts arise in your mind, try this: take a deep breath in through your nose and imagine that the breath is cleansing your mind. Let the thought go. Do this over and over again throughout the day and you will gain control over your anxiety. Do it for the rest of your life.
